Yea, I've been playing with my friends on these maps for the last few hours. I bought them the day they came out, but alot of my 'tightfisted' friends did not :lol:.

After playing these maps, I'm glad I didn't buy them. I personally don't really find them that fun. Perhaps they are an acquired taste like Guardian was and I'll begin to like them over time, but as of right now they seem quite bland gameplay-wise.

I also hate the default foundry and hope to never see it in matchmaking. God, that map is so annoying.

However, I am glad that I can finally start forging things away. :) So that's always a plus.

I don't like Rat's Nest all that much, but Foundry is fun in forge and I like Standoff too

Hate to break it to you, but that setup IS in matchmaking...

umm this was noticed about 2-3weeks and the maps came out free in 25th march at 2:00am pacific time but for some issues it came free at 11:00am pacific time

I just got the map pack today, and started messing around with it. I found I had to modify Standoff slightly to make it enjoyable enough to replay. I had some friends over today, and the general concencus was to add a sniper rifle at each base's highes point, remove the cloaking powerups, and whatever you do - do NOT give each team a wraith. That just destroyed the game.

I'm glad I didn't pay for them when they were first released, I only really like Standoff and Rat's Nest, and Foundry can go to hell.
