Jackal Shield Disappearing?

Where did mah jackal shield go? o.o

I don't understand these pictures. What is the problem?

The shield disappears when you look at the jackal's shield from the back? (shield's back, not the jackal's obv.)

Do you have "two-sided" checked off in your shader?

Yeah pretty much this. Go into the shader for the shield and find near the top "two sided" and check the box. Not sure, you might have to recompile the gbx model.

Lol I could have sworn I couldn't find that elusive tick box.

The shield texture looks terrible. Don't use more than 1 or 2 colors. Usually a mix of green or purple or blue with a white accent is all you need for a halo plasma shader.

The way you have it done, it looks like a regular jackal shield but with the in game gamma turned all the way up.

(go play a really dark map then turn gamma all the way up to see what I mean)
