[DEV Mode] Need help with The Program itself

Alright, so people at halomaps couldn't really help.

I haven't used Dev in a while, and here's the one for
V 1.09

But this Dev mode is pretty much a douche.

When I open it without Halo Running, it has these continuous streams of popups, to where I have to reset my Laptop.

When I do have Halo Ce running, it wont turn on, even when I press Page up.



So my question is:

Is there a way to get this program to work?

OR

Is there another way to get Dev Mode running on Windows 7?

Also, I need the commands for the flycam.

debug_camera_load

Hold down your middle mouse and use WASD to move around. Scroll up/down to increase/decrease speed. Press R and F to go up and down.
