System link / 4-Player Coop For Halo 1 [New Downloads!]

Hey guys I know this is an old topic. However some former halomod users have started working on this again. The sync errors occur when switching bsps, however that has been somewhat fixed. Also sync errors occur when there is too much action, so we've limited some of the ai. We plan on making them a little harder to bring down since we had to remove some. Anyway we have a10.map working fine, come check it out. If you can help test maps pm me.

Right now these are for xbox, pc might be made later. Adolif has plans on getting the whole campaign done. Just replace your beavercreek map with this one and load. Works great for xbc...

For a PC version, it would help if we combine the bsps into 1, so that'll save you from de-syncing, then re-purpose all scripts and ai encounters.

Adolif, will probably start a30.map soon. If anyone else has any experience with scripts and what not, give me a pm. Anyway all the work is being done with HEK then the maps are being converted with Arsenic to xbox. If you want to know more of the details pm Adolif in the other forum. Overall though its looking promising. Oh and yes the "walking on walls" is used to help if someone falls of a cliff in a level, so they can get back up. That feature isn't very practical in this level so I am sure Adolif will remove it.

Makes me want to dust off my old modded xbox, Little off topic: I never really looked at arsenic past beta stages looks pretty cool, I'd love to convert some more CE maps over.

Just download the map, and replace it over your orginal beaver creek (back up original beaver creek name it something like beavercreek_org.map). It must be "beavercreek.map" it must be titled that I mean. That it, just replace it. Then load up system link and select beaver creek and a10 will load...
