I bought it a couple of days ago an am absolutely loving it. Currently building a massive minecart track linking my home and the various mines I've started around the world.

Post your skin, I'm guessing you've got bits in the wrong place or it just didn't upload properly.

I've been working on a fortress for the last month of so, also got a lava tower on the other end of the map (which is almost 100mb now).
Starting new maps is for casuals :realsmug:

Cool map but I prefer my LOLHEUG oceans, especially since the boats came out.

ALSO: Worked out what was wrong with your skin:
Minecraft doesn't support partial transparencies - anything less than alpha:255 results in minecraft rendering it transparent (with the exception of slimes). You had some hidden transparencies in your skin (and so did the one I downloaded from 4chan a while back).

(I think whoever made the skin didn't realise that what was meant to be his under-chin beard was at the back of his head so I fixed that too ;))
