Whilst searching through the usual websites I found a tutorial by a freelance on making human bipeds.

It's more of a step by step instructions, but doesn't go into too much specifics; Showing you where to add loops to define muscle groups and such. The female is more anatomically correct than the male in tut above.

I'm sure all of the adult sites have much more accurate instructions on human biped creation.
