Can anyone send me this type of mod?

Can anyone send me a mod where:

-You playing as a Brute
-The Arbiter is a Brute Chieftain
-All Brutes are Spartans
-All Grunts and Jackals are Marines
-All the spartans that replaces the brute chieftain wields an energy sword.
-Spartans wield assault rifles, battle rifles, and any other human weapons (except pistol)
-Marines that replace Jackal Snipers wield sniper rifles
-The Brute Chieftain that replaced the arbiter wields a plasma cannon and a gravity hammer.
-Spartans and Marines are enemies.
-All marines are replaced with grunts, jackals and brutes and wield plasma pistols, spikers, carbines, etc.
-Miranda Keyes possibly being a prophet.
-Lord Hood also a prophet.
-Sargent Johnson a Brute Captain Major
-All Sargents replaced with Brutes while regulars are grunts and jackals.
-All Elites are replaced with brutes with spikers.
-Hunters remaining the same while Drones can be replaced by any human soldier you want.
-The starting weapons are Carbines and spiker.

Remember, Spartans and Marines must be on the Covenant team to indicate that they are enemies. And all Covenant enemies (excluding Hunters and possibly Drones) must be on my team. Thanks.

Also, please try to make it where I don't need to have a USB drive, a cord, or a Gold membership in order to download. Thanks.

I think you'd be better off doing it yourself. Chances are that there isn't a mod exactly like that available to download or that anybody would want to make one for you.

In plus, do you even have a 360 dev. kit or some sort of modded 360? Cause you'd need that to play modded games. Keep in mind that you wouldn't be able to use that online either.
