Kyle O'Connor and the Adventures of the Paranormal Society
After a lot of effort and hard work my senior thesis is done and up on youtube! My role on the crew was mainly helping to set up lights, carry equipment, and do the slate. In post I did all the audio work as well as some visual effects and touch-up editing.
TL;DR: Watch this, it's funny and hopefully enjoyable.

i liked the story well enough, but the rest was pretty poor and awkward to watch.
good effort tho! wouldn't say it was wasted time.

Haha that was a pretty fun watch. I'm into filming myself, so it was pretty intresting. Cool effects.

Well one thing I should have stated initially was that it is a theoretical pilot episode for a family friendly television show. A lot of people evaluate it as a serious short movie, which it really isn't. The entire feel is very different. It was also filmed on a very limited budget on a very limited timeframe. That being said, I'm honestly interested in what about it you thought was poor. Most people on reddit criticized the story first, but that's the part you said you liked.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. My friend Adam, who also wrote and directed it, did most of the visual effects.
