So, for some odd reason, HEK+ is refusing to extract that tag from a map. It tries going through, but then just locks up unexplainably (the program still responds, but the progress just stalls on it. Doing a Google search shows that a few people get the same issues with that tag, but no one has ever posted a solution. Does anyone experienced with HEK+ have any ideas on how to get this extracted? Or, at the very least, of an alternative map extraction software that might work?

Weird. I managed to extract it fine a few months back. It might be the version of HEK+ you're using. In any case, here's a .tif of the bitmap referred.
