Mouse is Jumpy/ Jerky? (Vid inside)
Ok so lately I have been playing H2V right somtimes the mouse jerkyness is really bad, sometimes its not.. its really screwing up my aim and making it impossible to hit anythin especially at close range
heres the video anyway: http://download.yousendit.com/C168CBB30518001E
If anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it, it be appreciated
Thanks.

What mouse? Overclocking the mouse actually does something useful in this game. :-3

I'm pretty sure that mouse is allready at 1000hz polling rate, so nevermind the overclocking part.
The other thing that helped me get rid of (most) of my mouse issues was to limit my framerate by using alot more AA then I'd normally play with.
If i'm getting 100 fps, my mouse is skipping and shit. If I can keep it around 30-60, then its much much better.
Its quite annoying for me.

Wow I never heard of overclocking a mouse ...
I also have a Razer diamondback =D
Re: Mouse is Jumpy/ Jerky? (Vid inside)
Me neither. I don't think it's possible to overclock mine, even though it doesn't need any :X
Re: Mouse is Jumpy/ Jerky? (Vid inside)
Its really just changing the polling rate. The Copperhead can do it with its included drivers. For my MX500 I have to use a hack.
I should also mention that the MX500 with the upped polling rate handles far better then the Copperhead in H2V. Copperhead can't track for a crap in H2V for whatever reason.:eyesroll: Its ok if you move slow, but if you need to spin your banshee around very fast or turn to meele your target then it utterly fails. :fail:
Re: Mouse is Jumpy/ Jerky? (Vid inside)
Yes, the copperhead fucking BLOWS in H2V...although for some reason it feels smoother if I crank up aa/af >.> don't ask me why

Yeah, like I said eariler.

Don't know why higher framerates equate to lagging mice. :(
