IF I Wanted To Make A Map?

If I wanted to make a map right now for free and be able to export it to .ass what should I use and do?

Obtain a copy of 3ds max 6-8.

Thats a grea tutorial but your using 3dmax. How did you afford that one?

The real question and problem im having is finding a 3d modeling program that exports to .ass.

As of right now only 3ds max is able to export in to Bungie Ass (.ass) format. So you may have to wait a while then for one for gmax or other modeling programs. Sry.:(:(

there are demos out there for 3ds 6 7 8... you just gotta find them :P

Yeah I think Im going to do that. I just will wait til I get back from vaction which starts in a few days and lasts a month.
