unable to install

just bought h2v today, and i can load the main menu, i can click custom install, then i select install 1st, then play, and then OK

nothing happens at all

and when i click install map editor i get BSOD

i also get BSOD sometimes when selecting the game install

specs are: P5W DH; E4400 ; 2Gig corsair 667; Igreen 600W; Seagate 320; X1950pro; 2x DVD-RW; artic pro 7 cpu cooler, vista premium

this may help, but vista shos the dvd drive as 3.76GB, and when i explore no files are showen, it does the same with c&c 3

try exploring the CD folder and running the install's .exe manually. Check that your disk isn't scratched.

edit: in my computer the disc is shown as UDF volume

im guessing thats not supposed 2 happen?

ok, tried what you said, stil no install, i click next and nothing else shows, and then i go into BSOD

my pc is showing a DVD drive that i do not have, system restore will not work properly, and im getting sick of this

what else can i do?

had to reinstall vista to get it to work


was work it imo, got 94 kill in 1st game :D

when you run the game, open the dvd drive in explorer and right click on the .exe then do run as administrator, but make sure you are on the admin user account on your computer first.

i kept crashing to BSOD so i had no other option tbh
