One of the first non FPS mods we've seen from UT3... it's taken the sort of side-scrolling action we've seen from many flash games... and done it in UnrealEngine3. It's available now, in beta form. Must install UT2D to play. (Available at same link)

No jokes, I had been planning a CE version nearly identical to this. These guys pulled it off much better, I think. Awesome stuff.
neat, I didn't think something like this could be done.
There was something similar done for Quake 4, scars.
