Simply put. Yes.
But I also don't believe that we're aloud to discuss it here.
IIRC, you can just make a disk image, store it on your HD and run halo from that.
Making a disc image of it for yourself isn't illegal, as far as I know. As long as you don't distribute it. You can get ImgBurn and Daemon Tools to do that.

Bah. Can't fit both the game and the disk on my flash drives.
And bob, my spybot immediately complained when I visited that page, and I haven't made a backup of my computer for a while, so I haven't really looked at it yet.
