No CD for Halo CE?

So. I'm tired of swapping disks to play halo, since I know it pretty much never uses the disk except to verify my game; is there a way I can run halo without the disk?

Simply put. Yes.

But I also don't believe that we're aloud to discuss it here.

IIRC, you can just make a disk image, store it on your HD and run halo from that.

Making a disc image of it for yourself isn't illegal, as far as I know. As long as you don't distribute it. You can get ImgBurn and Daemon Tools to do that.

Someone needs to write a no-cd executable for whatever version is out. 1.07 is it?

Bah. Can't fit both the game and the disk on my flash drives.

And bob, my spybot immediately complained when I visited that page, and I haven't made a backup of my computer for a while, so I haven't really looked at it yet.

I actually agree then we would get all the 300+ players from Halo CE 1.0 to Halo CE 1.07. Also because of the No-CD image wouldn't that make all the hacks not work??
