It could be an update. If you listen right before they talk about the cd key they he says that they look back and examine halo pc atleast once a year.

Lol, I don't think that they're gonna add anything at all to Halo. They're going to continue in to the future, it's silly to take steps back.

And they have a good reason to look back to the original.

I mean, that game was the greatest, you were the only cyborg to save the Human race from a misguided Covenant, and a parasitic Flood.

The enviroments were amazing, storyline is a great original.

But in all seriousness, it's the foundation, the basis for the Halo games released/and coming up.

And it is still the best one to date.

I'd agree Halo PC is really my favorite game and to be I don't see why it's still unsupported...
