There is no halo 3 map named compound that is known of at least. Even all the leaked maps and the map names which were found out from code from the beta there is no compound.

Neither of us are morons. No, I do not believe bungie, or this guy, gives a living shit about if they have the same name. I was just throwing in my two cents about how if I was making the map, I wouldn't want to have the exact same name as something bungie made.
The name stays. This is for a completely different game than Halo 3 so why should it matter if there is a level with the same name.
