It doesnt work on all ATI cards either, but Nvidia seems to have a harder time doing it.

DXTweaker won't start for me, and as far as I know I have the latest .NET Framework.

The DXT Tweaker window just has a window with tweaks, then everything else is black, and i cant figure out what buttons do what.

disable visual themes in compatibility mode

those of you that can't get this to work and have nvidia cards, try downgrading your graphics card drivers to version 162.22 or earlier. It worked for me. Nice job conscars, any way to make one so the game looks a tad more like halo 2? :p
