That would be because I replaced the 3MB JPG with a 220KB JPG of smaller dimensions.

Put it back the totally obvious compression artifacts are rotting my eyes away.

Heh? It links to the 3MB original JPG... Which has no compression artifacts, only "interior picture failure" artifacts.
