It's probably only locked for consistent beta testing. I could be wrong.
I would think it's just locked for the time being, or else they wouldn't have even bothered to have put the option in there.

Honestly, I have very little faith I'll get my early access code. Every time I've preordered a game from EA with some kind of promotion like this they never follow through. But hey I've got my fingers crossed, and it's not the end of the world if they don't; just gotta wait two more days.

They only started sending them out an hour ago. Be patient. Also, enjoy. I'll be playing the Rise of Isengard expansion for lotro for the next two days :D
