Energy swords are more like trophies for the Brutes, for killing a high-ranking Elite. The melee weapon of choice for higher-ranking Brutes seems to be the Gravity Hammer, which is analogous to the Elite's Plasma Sword, with an added flinging effect.

Update. That's all the permutaions. I'll be making some minor tweaks to the model, but other than that it's done. Also, thanks to the Wolrus again for modeling the Spiker Brutes' lower arm plating.

Nice load of varients. Thats good....

I'm gonna love to see those textured. They're already awesome as models.....

Chieftains will NOT weild enegy swords or fuel rod weapons. Whether or not they will be able to use lollipops or toothbrushes remains to be seen.

What are Cheiftains gonna carry? Brute Shots? Gravity Hammers? Dual Spiker? Dual Brute Plasma Rifle? Portal Covenant Turret what they gonna carry im curious..If you made a Gravity Hammer and want current H3 sounds lal you gotta use is the sounds of a Guass Hogs turret shooting

I forgot to mention the Art for the Brutes is extremly impressive good job on it i cant wait to see them with color
