Re: Buyer's Remorse - An open letter to the devs of H2V
iagree w/ everything in the post... and if there is not going to be a port for halo 3 to pc i guess ill have to wait to get a job and get money to buy a 360 which might be outdated by then and play halo 3.

Why?
Re: Buyer's Remorse - An open letter to the devs of H2V
Thanks for the post. To me, it's only the confirmation of lame design choices (like Win XP officially not supported).
Did you get any "official" reaction to this letter?

Nothing directly, though shortly after we released the letter, Bum Has Knife officially announced that Hired Gun disbanded, and then Microsoft officially dropped support for Halo 2 for Windows Vista.

Heh, so I understand that a letter to the devs of H2V is nowadays actually a letter to the void... :/
Re: Buyer's Remorse - An open letter to the devs of H2V
I have'nt been on these forums for a little while and was wondering did the letter ever get a responce?

Yeah. An unofficial response from a Hired Gun employee saying the support for the game has been ditched and the team has broken up and moved on to other projects. This is just to give you a taste of how microsoft will be handling Halo titles in the future without bungie.
