They offered me a Samsung 2443BW as a replacement, which actually has slightly better specs but it's a different bezel. Ugh, they told me to try and contact Samsung directly as an end-user. Apparently NCIX can't get any more from Samsung because they're discontinued... Here's hoping Samsung has some open box/refurbished models lying around their warehouses somewhere.
