Still an M16 and thus inherently flawed. Also, I don't need to go into detail about how fucked the standard caliber is.

The newest iterations of the M4 are badass. And from what I've heard are the finest AR platformed rifles to roll off the line in the series (including C7's and C8's). But we don't need to have this argument again. We've been over it like six times and we all know where everyone stands lol
Nothing wrong with it as a rifle, but as a combat weapon...
C7's and C8's aren't made by Colt they're made by Dimaco Canada which bought the rights to make them exclusively for the Canadian Forces. Then they made some upgrades to it.
Everyone spray statistics and get it all over with. No use delaying the argument any longer.
statistics sprayed
^ Lol.
Amit, it isn't a statistics thing. It's a "derp if we run out of cleaning supplies this gun is FUCKED" thing.
I went to an old gun shop I have not been too in years to see what they had annnnd Mosin Nagant M38's everywhere. I have never seen a place with M38's anywhere, both in Georgia/Florida/99.9% of Michigan.
Every one of the regular stocks including the post-war stocks are correct M38 stocks and not M38's fitted into M44's, though the laminated stocks were fitted in M44 stocks.
I think all they have left is 1943 Izhevsk's but for $250 regular stocks I am not arsed to buy one unless my friend can hook me up with a deal to get one of them for $50-$100 cheaper OR I find a 1945 Izhevsk (since late dates are harder to find). I did miss a 1940 Tula with brass caps and a low wall reciever but oh welp.
I am really thinking of getting an RU SKS but I got a thing for Mosin Nagants due to how cheap most are, if I can not into buying a nice RU SKS at the gun show I'll probably set my sights for a M38 and enjoy the massive fireballs at night.
How much for the ones that are in M44 stocks?
$300, it isn't even worth it considering it's in the wrong stock to begin with and it's also a Laminated stock which somehow brings the price up by $50??
