The Tiny Bronco is from FF7 guys. It doesn't have to make sense to fly.

I suppose that's why it's Final Fantasy 7 and not Final Reality 7.
I can imagine the plot for final reality 7:
You wake up, get ready, do whatever you do all day, go to sleep. Kinda like Animal Crossing.
Yeah the Final Fantasy series has never made sense reality wise. I mean have you seen Advent Children? The thing they went with that was: "Screw Physics! If it looks cool put it in!"

That's always been the concept behind anime. It's meant to be unrealistic.
They said that since Final Fantasy 7 wasn't a part of this world they could do whatever that world would provide. (Hence the magic and stuff in the movie aswell.......)
