EDIT: Also the MAV was probably the most wanted thing by Pooky in BC2. I'm going to have fun with that.

If their content pipeline wasn't in such a shit way they wouldn't have halve as much trouble.
One developer mentioned some time ago it took them an entire week just to install the developer kit on their computer for working at home which included several calls out for technicians to get it working.
Working hard for an end result is one thing but working hard because the tools you use are barely strapped together by packing tape and knowing it is another.

Makes a good point about people bitching relentless about something DICE has provided for free for both their benefit and ours. And why would you complain if you get banned for using unauthorized server files? Two things here. First, he gets payed, so his mighty high horse of "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH WORK WE HAVE TO DO" doesn't count. Second, he mad.

You guys know you're still gonna play the fuck out of the game because it's better than BC2, so no need for bitching. We already know DICE isn't going to listen to a single thing we say until AFTER release.

whats funny, is that i personally know the Technical art director at dice personally.

I highly doubt that they will be banning people for JOINING unofficial servers, especially if the Quick Match feature was placing people into those servers. The people that will be banned are likely the people HOSTING the unofficial servers.

So, who's hosting a server with EXP gain increased and stuff? I want to try more classes with more than the starting weapons, and I don't have the time to level them all up.

Man, why even bother? The game is gonna be released in 3 weeks anyways. That's why I'm not playing much. If it was CB I would be playing to hell and back, but OM is sooooooooooooooo stale. I don't even want it included in the final game.

lol yeah, he mad.

But I get payed at my job, decently too for where I'm at. And it still doesn't help when you're pulling a 65 hour work week (almost consistently). Especially when you come into work on the following Monday to have someone tell you the project you just worked your ass off for for them wasn't exactly what they described (even though it is) Or someone who isn't even related to the project jumps in and fucks it allll up. So I understand where he's coming from.
