That jail does that... they have a bunch of videos (the one there is like two years old already) They put on shows using the inmates.... I dunno if they just do it for something to do, or if they're forced into it (probably the later) but... yar. It's some weird place in the Phillippeans (SP?) ... so.. who knows.

I know they say big feet means big....but i thing this is just over compensating for something.
