CMT is being very stubborn about not including this in SPV2. It seems that having them release it in V2 is the only way it will GET released... =/

E: Before any other CMT members -rep me about that, I'm just saying that giving the Delta Halo UI team a deadline would actually get it done.

I have all the source stuff, and the tags can be ripped from the main menu.
