Aw I would love to see the arbiter leading a bunch of elites while your are MC. That is something that they never really thought of in Halo 2. The only time they meet is when Gravemind has them both.
Wouldn't they have to create new levels if arbiter was added? I want the honor guard. :)Quote:

Keep in mind that the arbiter was not... the arbiter pre-halo destruction.
Yeah he was the gold elite that landed on Halo. The one that was
(*Caution ending to legendary on Halo*)
Or I think that is the same elite correct me if I am wrong.
