wow shit, remember when we were talking about first person cover? look at this farcry 3 video:
at about 5:30 it shows off the fp cover, but the whole thing is ridiculously awesome.
The knife stuff and the Enemy alertness meters looks good.
I thought I saw death island somewhere.... I think its one of the times an elite explodes from a needler...
That AK looked pretty. The knife was ridiculous in a bad way. The reload animation looked meh. The whole idea that everyone is "insane" is just a lazy excuse for them to have their AI relentlessly attack you like in FC2, regardless of what faction you were on. The insanity guy comes off as some whiny prick to me and I hate him already. :|
Go to Gametrailers.com and look up "Red Orchestra 2". They have a far superior first-person cover mechanic.Quote:

You want to make sure that you have an opportunity to pause, that you can be a little more contemplative, that if somebody comes across your path, you don’t immediately have to engage in a battle...
