The BSP is somewhat different in places. That cutout area that is right behind him is no longer there. :o

Which I accidentally removed =x. It'll be there in the next build.
Black rocks are (hopefully) fixed now.

no, dont give them the original gulch rock bitmaps. Give the rocks the same bitmap the cliffs have. So they blend into the ground and change the base map slightly where the rocks are. It'll look more win.

Wrooonng. Give them Gray rock Textures, if you have to. The original Rock Textures from Blood Gulch will be Awesome. Would look more original and keep it classic ;)
and I hope the sides of the red base are still shiny

I just have an issue with the top of the cliffs. Their jagged edges make them look too low-poly.

You should run a smooth poly operation on most of the map except the bases. It would make everything look a whole lot better.
