Well, I for one don't see MS handing over their game to one of their top competitors, although it would probably get a bunch of new purchases, it just doesn't seem like MS. I'm hoping for something like source code, or a netcode update, so it doesn't lag like hell.
Though, what would be really cool is if they did all of the following. 1. released the source code, 2. updated the netcode, 3. put it on steam and 4. gave us free shit or something for our keys. that's just wishful thinking though.

I wish they updated the game engine and/or release an updated CE editing kit

We should get to make movies with HEK like the cutscenes. If we had that ability I would have been paid by paramount to make Transformers.

if they update the engine, maybe they'd add anti-aliasing? That'd be nice....

For the love of god, please, this thread has nothing to do with cats and dogs. Don't bring it up again :mech:

If it involves more support for Halo CE then I'm all for it. Heck this game has lasted longer than H2V. While the community is a bit smaller thanks to players/mappers coming and going, we're still standing. Some of us grew up with the game so I think it's sort of a tribute to it in a way.

Halo PC still has a very healthy community. I kind of wish that community would migrate over to Halo CE.
