Signed up for some stupid IGN prime newsletter and got in the beta the next day.
I've been in it since the Tech Test (read: alpha) phase. Unfortunately, my headset is busted, so it would make squadding up difficult. :c

So you can sign up for a Prime newsletter for free to hear about all the shit that you'd get if you were a Prime member? And that's just to get access to get a key for one day? That's confusing. Why didn't they just give them out freely with an IGN/Gamespy account alone (like Alienware and Gamespot) instead of requiring you to opt-in to the newsletter as well. Is it because is more people know about Prime, then they are more likely to become interested in getting a membership for it?Quote:
