I can already see myself fighting against an army of Samuses.

That Samus belongs to the Metroid Online team, not CMT. It's only in that pic because our teams have collaborated at times, and it made its way into our content test map. No, the biped is not an AI opponent. No, we will not make it part of our mod. No, it will not be released by CMT.

2. No. Notice the (albeit crappy) jetpack on the elite's back. They are animated and set up to be flying units.
