Patch 1.08 causes AIDs?

Hmmmm, I didnt lie, I can play with 1.08 with no problem. I just heard many people having this problem only with 1.08. I guess they just have invalid keys then, using cracks or crap to make it work.

So I guess this is solved. Close the thread.

If you think you can't buy the game anywhere you aren't trying hard enough. Newegg sells it. I'm sure that gamestop, EB games and other big localized game stores sell physical copies online.

They had several hundred copies of it in the Microsoft Store as well :3.

I've seen some case where part of the RPG_Beta5 glitches about quitting/rejoinning and such, some people would be unable to log in Halo getting a CD Key rejected message until they were unbanned...

Never heard of this problem before, probably just idiots not paying for the game.

If they illegally obtained it, then it won't work. That's the way it is, that's the way it should be.

Then you have to keep up with the cd or use some daemon bullshit, I like yelo but not that good.

also buy a valid copy if you want the invalid cd key to go away.

same, except just replacements, i'm currently on disc 4, found the jacket to one of my earlier discs and gave that CD key to a friend cause someone stole her CD key (she was on a clan server that had logging enabled and shortly afterwards thats when her old CD key became "already in use in a running copy of halo" so I gave her that old CD key and kept the one from my current disc for myself.

also, mookz, if I used the hacked strings is it possible to go into v1.08 then switch to 1.07 so I can use like 3rd person FoV or will that give me an exception?

which is why that map sucked so badly and quickly became unpopular (no offense) that and it lacked alot of things, the underground tunnels were BS because you couldn't see ANYTHING the last hall leading into the control room lacked the glass from AoTCR, the list is big but I don't want to look like I'm flaming. in short: COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
