Halo 2 vistas editing kit was locked down tighter than masters on open sauce, the only thing you could do was compile BSP's ,bitmaps and strings.
if you look around there is a gbx to halo 2 model converter but you have to know how all the nodes and anims work in halo 2
Thats already done if you look a little deeper in to the thread posted at the top.
Don't criticize my work all at once now, if you read the thread you would see that I now have the model (from Halo 2V single player) in-game, but its only in third person.
I think I understand the nodes for the Flag's animation model and when I compile a map with the weapon I do not get any errors besides lack of collision, yet for some reason its still not showing up in first person (though I still hits and has a shadow).
I am actually liking this so far, Custom weapons in halo 2 vista, big step btw.

I thought Hired Gun made the Silenced SMG. Anyways, I got FP and TP perspective working in-game. So with a few adjustments the Hammer is done.
This is a big step because when I get time I'd like to put together a tutorial for making custom H2V weapons, then anyone can do it.
I didn't know the master chief was Babe ruth's son! The master chief should tryout for baseball.
