Alright. Overall very good game play except the flamer should be moved to the rocket spawn and the rocket removed completely. The map is way to close quarters for a rocket to not be cheap. Almost all the fights happen near the rubble pile and teleport to secret room. There needs to be more incentive to move to the road and tent areas. I had like 3 kills there and all the others were AR and PR fights in the building area.
Also put a OS and a dead elite in the place where the flamer used to be. Make the spiral hall a airlift (i can provide tags for airlift) fix the over bright interiors.
Fix the ass load of jumps I found out of the map. Fix biped sync error (make them scenery with custom animations)
REMOVE COLLISION ON RUBBLE its very hard to maneuver with all those little bits of collision stopping you. Fix the fire doing damage to player. It's annoying when it stops shield regen.
And make the graffiti part of the BSP so it doesn't glow and kill my frame rate. MAKE FLASHLIGHT INFINITE you use it a lot.

Bacon, if you are still going to do the Bungnull for this, do you think you can add in a bit more than team slayer? This map supports all gametypes, so maybe some KOTH or CTF, or maybe even Oddball? Thanks.

There's some stretched UVs above the big door to the warehouse thing,

and the light in the warehouse is lower than your head... which just looks silly. I figured it was so you could jump on it, but you can't really jump on it... sooo... make it higher.
Also, the weird grate thing right infront of the big door to it just looks weird since it's not squarish and the grate inside it looks like it should be in a squarish hole
There's a light that has a flickering light near it, but the material for the actual light doesn't flicker with it... so it looks weird

Make a lot of your decals part of the BSP like others have said, just make a plane and put it really close to the wall (for the graphiti and stuff) and make it render only and all that.... then you shouldn't have glowing graphiti
Get rid of the wooden doors, expecially that huge 52 foot tall one by the medic tent, they look horribly out of place
The windows near the medic tent, looking into/outof the hallway where the pistol spawns... the UVs are all messed up there too. On the other side of the medic tent from those windows there's a wall with blue windows... just to the left and right of that are some polys that don't have a shader applied?.. or a broken shader? they're solid white just like your signs that you put on the main corner. Put something on those signs other than the white... it just looks bad.
Your window in the room with the sign that says "Complex Main" on it (between the medic tent and the crashed peli) is way too high, unless if it's not supposed to be used for combat...
Also... lots of messed up UVs... I didn't wanna describe all of em... so pix.
