Re-releasing Halo PC with Halo CE combined?

Existing owners get it free? Only thing I can think of that would make any real sense...

You paid for Halo CE? Someone ripped you off.

I doubt it's going to be any sort of update. My money is on "enter your Halo-PC key for a chance to win recon!"

I have two ideas:

1) Halo 3 PC Beta invites to Halo PC owners, or
2) Halo Custom Edition 2
