The port wasn't that horrible, the tools were just limited.

well it is a pc game, LIVE for pc is just nonsense. Click connect and play is all you need.

Although the tools suck and I know nothing about that, it seems it'd be possible to make a tool for custom weapons/veh/bipeds?
