L4D2 DLC coming in spring... includes L4D1 survivors

That's what I was thinking too, flib, hopefully they make it 8-man campaign and 8v8 versus.

really wish we could choose any of the 8 survivors in all game modes.

they did say theyd be updating all the campaigns, so maybe you will meet up with them and they join up for the rest of the game

Sorry Valve, but no. This is just fanservice to try and get more L4D1 owners to purchase L4D2.

There is just no way, story-wise, those four would've LOGICALLY decided, "You know, we've just been picked up by the military, I HAVE A GREAT IDEA. LET'S TOTALLY ABANDON SAFETY AND SOMEHOW GET OUR ASSES DOWN TO GEORGIA. MAKES TOTAL SENSE."

In Dead Center, if you look at the map at the beginning they say "Looks like New Orleans is the last safe place then." L4D1 survivors also realize this, so they fight their way down south and meet the new survivors.

L4D1 was in PA? Didn't seem as unreasonably cold...
