Hey hey, let's not get this thread locked.
There's alot of info in the "transmission." If it's actually genuine, this could do alot for the Haloverse story line. It's definately referring to a Forerunner artifact like the one on Reach... though I'm becoming more and more scepitcal about the timeframe.
