WaW only gives you tanks though, and only on a few maps.

That's significantly more than MW or MW2 let you use. :haw:
But yeah. To be honest though, I never considered CoD to be much of a drivable vehicle type game.
This. Death come so easily in those games, I can only imagine that vehicles would be impossible to balance. Is it possible to shoot down helicopters and planes brought in by kill-streaks? Yes. But put human operators behind their movements and targeting, and it could be a total suppression machine that would cause nothing but frustration.
I have a feeling they'll do much better with this one, seeing as WaW wasn't terrible but people didn't like how it just seemed like an uber mod of CoD4.
Then again, looking at the teaser...seems very much MW2-ish in terms of how it plays out. Seems like too much action, even if its purpose is to hype you up.
Didn't read too much but I prefer no vehicles actually, and I heard this one has dedis? Either way treyarch's call of duty games never interested me, we'll see.
That's pretty interesting, it reminds me of the BC games. I wonder if they're going towards the direction of bigger maps and vehicles now.
I'm just not supporting the CoD series anymore.
I'm not even going to bother watching the teaser.
The Call of Duty series is to diluted now, I've replaced it with Medal of Honor. I'm playing Halo Reach though.
Unfortunately, Bad Company seems to be getting more like Call of Duty. Compared to the first game, the new one is so much more restrictive. It has regenerating health, very linear levels, and no radio (this is very important! :maddowns:). Also, the tools are gone.
