BRG and regular BR

i like the present day brg.. its balanced, and its fun

I agree, and I think the current CMT weaponset is pretty balanced. People mostly are complaining about it because they lack in skill and are blaming the new weaponset.

Honestly I think the weapon set is fine in itself. Its just that I have a bad memory and forget that I'm using the BRG. All I want is that I get an option to change grenades so I'm not forced to use the BRG everytime I switch to it (Of course knowing Id forget to switch to the other nades when using it too......). I love the BR but the BRG has fustrated me on many occasions.

Also speaking of it do your allies with BRs still blow you and your fellow teammates up?

you know, that is very true. the cmt has done a very good job of balancing their weapons... the pistol is still good but not godly. why is this? i mean they didnt weaken it. the truth is they made everything else sort of mold around it. i mean the assualt carbine is a longrange fully automatic weapon, and if your good with it you can put anyone in their place, but at close range its weak. it sort of subtracts from the pistols mid-range dominance. thats just one example of course

I like the BRG more than the ordinary BR, because the BR feels more like a bigger pistol and the granade launcher is very useful.

i think they should possibly have both in the future.

the brg as it is in the most modern mp maps (thats the new one anyway)

and maybe a br that has a 2x to 8x scope, and is as accurate as the pistol in and out of scope.

the big thing that sucks on the brg is it isnt very accurate out of scope, but in scope, its uber accurate. the nades also are perfect, they dont have to be strong, they just have to flip hogs (i love picking off flag hogs while on snow grove's ice)

and they can never have both plasma/frags and a gun based nade launcher on halo 1. something wrong with the engine, idk.

If the BR had 2x and 8x scope it would replace the sniper . I like the regular BR, and the BRG, but sometimes i get mad at the BRG because my lack of sensitivity. But i like tipping over peoples hogs, but one thing i don't like is how much people abuse the BRG.

It's custom, so that's points for it.

Since Halo is loosely based off modified themes of current warfare, a squad lacking such a weapon would just be assanine.

And that's why squads in Halo lack any sort of machine gun (Squad Automatic Weapon) :downs:.

the BRG sure does balance gameplay out when someone is noobing with a Rocket Launcher :).........but I don't care for it's--literally--"Firey ball" explosion
