If i didn't trash H2V, I would post the tags. Maybe later I might dig through my old back ups. I might still have them somewhere.
All i know is that you need to change the reference to the FP model separately. Also, make sure the unused flag is not set. That tells the map compiler to skip that tag and use whats in the shared map files.
So, instead of having to copy them i can just uncheck Unused?
Wow..
it didnt work my map didnt even show up
ok I screwed around with h2kornmann00 in the hope that I could get the AR in the game.
I used Jahrain's gbx-model upgader.
Well it sort of worked, I got the gun in, but it wont show up in first person, and the texture is completly screwed up.

Does anyone know how to fix either of these problems?
Does it need fixing within h2ek, or in 3ds max or something else.
Looks like it doesn't have a shader at all.
jahrain's model upgrader mentioned shaders i believe, so I thought I didn't have to worry about them
OK now i try to make a shader, and when I look for a template it says it needs a bitmap file. So I go to the bitmaps folder and nothing shows up. And theres bitmaps in there, I checked.
How did you go about making the shader? Sounds to me that you didn't add the template to the shader file you created. Further more you can not apply the h2v shader to the model in the gbx, the shader path of your CE model must stay the same. You have to place the shaders you create in the same area of the h2v directory as it was in the CE directory.
Example. your CE model shaders are in HCE/tags/weapons/battlerifle/shaders
after you gbx your model your h2v shaders must be in
h2v's/tags/weapons/battlerifle/shaders
with your model in the battlerifle folder.
Sorry if you already knew this m-562 but it just sounded like you didn't.
