Just a very quick crit:
If you shaded the edges of the clothing (where it meets to black), it would give a nice perception of depth and I doubt it would take more than a 5 minute sweep.
I'd suggest doing the same with the hair as well, but that would probably take too much time.
Just my 2 cents.

If that is the style she's going for, great then, but I think it would make the drawing more realistic, and, again, I don't think it would take much time to detail it; but with my almost non-existent knowledge/experience drawing I might be wrong.

My intent was to have it celshaded in illustrator, but my patience kinda ran out in the middle of it so i tried another medium, hoping i'd achieve a similar look that way. didn't work, haha. I don't know why, but to me it seems like you mingled two perspectives (don't know the word for it..?) but I outlined them in red and blue. The right shoulder seems skewed/stretched, and the head seems just a mite out of proportion with the rest of the body. This is probably taken better with some salt as I haven't studied anatomy.
