The actual delta halo bsp is, obviously, not complete yet. It lacks geometry instances as well as most of the scenery placements... but, I'll stress over those things later.
Oh, and I know that i forgot to place the hev's in the sky when the jackal flares his shield, so stfu. ;p

I mean...in reality all these "beam weapons" and "Plasmatic Weapons" would not recoil.... The only covie weapons that should recoil are Carbines (use tiny Fuel Rods) The Fuel Rod....The Needler....
The most absurd one is the Beam Rifle....its name obviously states its light....but light shouldn't recoil....wtf...
But its just one of those Sci-Fi things...

At first I was like, oh good CAD is showing progress on the cutscene, but to wake up and see that it came out so good is like hawt secks. One thing though, when the hev is falling towards halo and the chute falls off, the burning effect doesn't kick in until about halfway through the scene. Make the transition a bit smoother somehow?
A new firing effect for the turret will be made, as well as the recoil... though that might be tricky to pull off as the firing is not actually a part of the turret.
BTW, the burning is supposed to start partway in, though I guess i could make it look smoother.

I think the turret moves to fast into position after the grunt gets on the turret. To me it seems that when the grunt gets on it is slow then after he gets in it turns with amazing speed. Either speed up the grunt or slow the turret.

very impressive work on the Jackal <.< Only thing that pains me in this cinematic work of art is there is no jerking involved with the pods when the chute comes out, there's no recoil to the turret when the grunt is shooting, the turret has two thingies instead of three (you know what I'm talking about), and when the Jackal is looking up at the sky...There's no pods falling.
