I don't think Elites were meant to be balanced with Spartans. They're probably just seeing HOW much more overpowered they are.

I wanna see more huge fights like in halo 3, a few air battles would be awesome too.
either spartan teams you play on/against suck or its luck as I've had games where the spartans flat out deny the elites in phase 1 of invasionQuote:
