The bumps are to deep/harsh or something. I like the general concept though, even if it isn't alot.
Hmm... I suggest moving the Clan Name section up a bit, and putting the links in white. As for the links at the bottom, bold them as well as put them in white.
"Latest News" bar is too thick, if you plan on using the second part of it for text, then I suggest adding a break between the two.
