oh SHIT.
^ I second that statement. :awesome:
ugh, i so hate that generic movie-style scifi stuff, just putting boxes everywhere for "detail" i hate it so much.
still looks fucking ugly though.
that whole style makes me sick.
sorry, but i hate it.
Your opinion ;)
Model was checked out by Pete Kneeshaw an ex-game designer, and thinks it's "A model for the portfolio" and "What employers are looking for".
May not be everyones taste but it gets the job done. CLICK HERE...
(How do i no an ex-game designer? He worked with various company's in England, even been a lead environmental artist. He has now settled down in a job as the media technition in my college. Great Guy. Great Friend too. [Had a few wild nights with Pete and lots of college guys]).
@FireDragon: Yeah it's pretty good and looks pretty cool, but I'm leaning towards Tweek's side just because it looks very generic to me. It may be quality stuff, but I'm the type to get tired of the same exact quality stuff presented over and over.
On that note, I'm getting really sick of Halo, lol.
I would like to model something as detailed as that, and I was going to with the AT-AT, I got a foot done, but then I got concerned about polygon count.
Not to mention I'm not a modeling god. I'm trying, but it's a long way off, and will probably take me a few years at least to come close.
How many polys is that model, by the way?
look familiar anyone?

Walther PPK, Located references & modeled in an hour. Not an amazing model, but not to bad for doing the actual modeling in under an hour.
Thanks to l33t for origins.
