Can you give me a hint to where the bulletin board is in coagulation? I have been searching for a long time and still haven't found it.

I hate to be the person who ruins the fun of letting you guess all day but, go to the camo. cave and look up, you'll see a hole where the sun is shining in through the roof.
Go through that hole with or without devmode, its simple from there.
