Meta Knight is looking great indeed. Though the feet should go a bit more on the side of the body instead of the bottom. Also, the mask doesn't curve that much at the bottom part of the visor.
e: Maybe make the shoulder pads a bit bigger, or the arms a bit shorter. Metaknight has more hands than arm IIRC.

Actually, he's my best character in all of Brawl, period. Right behind him are Mario and Pikachu, who, incidentally, have been my best characters in every other Super Smash Bros. game to date.
